| SmartLoad Radiator
and Duct mounted load banks are an innovative low cost
system, ideal for portable generators or where space
is restricted for stand-alone load banks. Unique control
features includes the SEPHCO SmartLoad LS800D microprocessor
plant load monitoring system, which fully protects
the generator against under-loading, eliminating carbon
buildup, overheating, cylinder glazing and "wet
stacking". The standard range of RCI series SmartLoads
are designed for universal mounting onto the generator's
radiator or takeoff duct. The units operate on most
voltages and are available in standard sizes ranging
from 10kW to 1000kW. A remote control panel is also
available as an option for manual loading and to auto
exercise the generator set. The universal "INSERT" design
of RCI series load banks, does away with customization,
and the need to install the load bank during the erection
of ductwork or genset packaging. By simply inserting
into the radiator exhaust duct or inserting into a
radiator flanged adaptor, the "INSERT" load
bank can be retro fitted at any time in new or existing
